LINK Staffing is hiring a Packer / Shipping & Receiving Associate in the Stafford, TX area. This temp-to-hire position pays $14.00-$16.00 per hour and offers a steady 40-hour work week.
This role is a good fit for someone who is bilingual in English and Spanish, dependable, and comfortable with hands-on warehouse work such as pulling items from shelves, packing boxes, creating labels, checking orders, and preparing shipments.
No forklift operation is required for this role.

What You’ll Do
- Pull books and other items from shelves
- Pack items into boxes for shipment
- Create and apply shipping labels accurately
- Prepare orders for shipping
- Check items, quantities, and labels before shipment
- Follow packing, labeling, and shipping instructions
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe
- Maintain reliable attendance and professional work habits
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, or receiving experience preferred
- Comfortable with manual picking, packing, and labeling work
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to label and check orders accurately
- Able to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable, punctual, and consistent with attendance
- No forklift or driving experience required
