Liqui-Grow Applicator Position

This position involves the application of chemicals and fertilizer to fields from spring to fall. Applicators will generally operate an assigned machine and be responsible for communicating with the manager regarding product application, maintenance, and scheduled maintenance of equipment. If you like a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two days are the same, consider applying for our position!

Expectations

• Participate in all training activities to gain knowledge of the products and the benefits to the farmer by their use.
• Application of purchased fertilizer and pesticides in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure that the application equipment has the necessary safety equipment and that it is utilized at all times.
• Keep the location manager and team fully informed of all operations.
• As time allows, help maintain the retail facility.

Requirements

• Must pass a pre-drug test
• Must have a good driving record
• Must have or be willing to get an Applicator's License/CDL - Twin State will facilitate
• Application/ag equipment experience is ideal, but not required
• Willingness to be trained on equipment and maintenance procedures
