Provider Data AnalystLocation: Hybrid 1: This role requires associates be in the office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. Alternate locations may be considered.Please note that per our policy on hybrid/virtual work, candidates not within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location(s) will not be considered for employment, unless an accommodation is granted as required by law.The Provider Data Analyst analyzes, researches, coordinates and reports on provider file data to support both internal and/or external request.How you will make an impact:Generates provider data reports and analyses to support internal client needs including network management, sales, account management, and other key functions.Performs provider data analysis and reporting in response to external request from providers and/or regulatory agencies.Serves as a technical data expert and liaison between the provider database organization, and other functional areas to support data requests and ensure uniform and consistent data and data flow.Acts as a liaison with the assigned analyst completing the report and the requesting department and/or provider, clarifies report to ensure that it meets the client's needs and helps to clarify additional required information or data needs.Ensures the quality and accuracy of all reports.Perform provider data support, data/file analysis, network analysis, surveys, reporting (including creating and publishing), and other ad hoc data requests.May be responsible for enhancements and testing.Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 year of data file/reporting experience, and experience using analytics and/or relational databases; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:Highly experienced in Provider Data STRONGLY PREFERREDGreat communication skills with different levelsSelf-motivation is highly preferredAbility to move between projectsFor candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary range for this specific position is $67,600 to $121,680.Locations: Illinois; Maryland; Massachusetts; New York; Virginia Elevance Health
