Director, People Programs, Strategy & Operations

Own the People team's operating model, including cross-functional cadences, reporting, dashboards, and supporting systems Lead end-to-end planning and execution of compensation cycles, performance reviews, and engagement survey activation Drive high-priority cross-cutting initiatives for People leadership, including organizational design, process redesign, and strategic buildouts Steward project management, intake, and operational support across People sub-teams Identify and implement AI, automation, and systems improvements for People workflows Connect the People team operationally with ELT, Finance, Legal, and IT Own playbooks, SOPs, and program documentation and build scalable knowledge infrastructure Requirements Systems thinking combined with execution ability Experience in HR/People functions Track record of building scalable infrastructure and programs Ability to own ambiguous, cross-functional work with senior stakeholders 7+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related fields Experience using data and data-driven insights to support the business with solutions aligned to values and business objectives Change management skills Passion for creating healthy, inclusive organizations for a diverse employee population Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in HR and People Operations with a focus on building scalable infrastructure, managing cross-functional initiatives, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.
