Warehouse Team Lead Manager Support 1st Shift

Position Description Warehouse Team Lead – Bolingbrook, Illinois. Pay: $23.00 per hour. Schedule: First Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm. Benefits Weekly pay. On‑job paid training. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). One year or more experience operating powered industrial trucks. One year or more experience as a team lead. One year or more experience with Microsoft Office. One year or more warehouse experience. Knowledge or experience with an RF scanner (advanced required). Valid forklift operator’s license. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Effective leadership skills. Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational skills. Proactive approach to responsibilities. Ability to maintain composure under pressure. Experience with health and safety methods. Bilingual (for Québec locations only). Responsibilities Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations. Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting. Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics. Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods. Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs. Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse. Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading). Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels. Perform other duties as assigned.
