Compensation & Benefits Pay: $30.00 - $42.00 per hour, based on experience Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (for qualified candidates) Performance bonuses and spiffs Health Savings Account + Medical Cost Sharing Plan Paid Vacation 401(k) with company match Company vehicle, uniform, phone, and tool support Free professional financial advising Quarterly team events and a supportive, family‑oriented culture Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (some weekends and overtime as needed) What You’ll Do Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems Deliver professional, high‑quality service on every call Provide honest repair vs. replacement recommendations to customers Help maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a good driving record Strong HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid customer service skills with a professional demeanor Ability to work independently and take initiative Preferred Qualifications 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience Universal EPA Certification Insurable driving record Service Titan experience (a plus) Own set of tools Professional, dependable technicians who want competitive pay, excellent benefits, year‑round work, and a company that genuinely supports them are encouraged to apply.
