We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Professionals to join our team in both Full-Time and Part-Time roles.As a Mental Health Professional, you'll provide intensive therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and their families using research- and evidence-based treatment approaches. You'll work directly with children and families to identify strengths, assess therapeutic needs, and develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful progress.Services are provided in school and office-based settings, giving you the opportunity to work closely with children and families where support can make the greatest impact.We're Hiring:Full-Time Mental Health ProfessionalsPart-Time Mental Health Professionals – Evening HoursOur part-time evening opportunities are ideal for professionals looking to supplement their current work, gain additional clinical experience, or maintain a flexible schedule while making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.If you're looking for rewarding work where you can help children grow, strengthen families, and see the impact of your work firsthand, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Provide flexible scheduling and service options for families.Demonstrate advanced knowledge of child development and childhood disorders.Assess the strengths and therapeutic needs of the child and family.Provide family-focused therapy to client/family members according to the treatment plan.Provide both face-to-face and telehealth services to clients and their families.Provide services as needed by the family-could be in-school or early evening center-based appointments.Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Possess the ability to work with children/adolescents and their families in a professional and empathetic manner.Requirements:Master's degree in a mental health field.Current PA LPC or LCSW licensure required.Additional Requirements:Must have a valid driver's license, current insurance coverage and consistent access to a reliable vehicle.Mandated Reporter and Safety Care Training within 30 days of hire.Provide clearances with a clean record, free from allegations or findings related to abuse, neglect, exploitation or other criminal acts against children, i.e. Act 33, Act 34 or FBI Clearance.Preferred Training / Experience:Minimum of one (1) year of experience working with children/adolescents.Training in PCIT, TFCBT, EMDR, DBT, or other evidence-based interventions.Why join the Achievement Center of LECOM Health?FUL-TIME POSITIONS:Compensation: Annual salary rate for licensed LPC is between $50,000 and $60,000. Annual salary rate for licensed LCSW is between $60,000 and $63,000. This posted range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this position. Actual pay offers are determined based on factors such as relevant education, years of experience, licensure, certifications, and internal equity.Time Off: 8 Paid holidays in addition to generous vacation, sick, and paid time off.
