We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Customer Support Agent to join our remote team. In this role, you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a problem solver, and thrives in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and other communication channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM or support system.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Process customer requests, including account updates, order inquiries, returns, refunds, and billing questions.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality customer service.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain product and service knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics, including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and share feedback with management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 12 years of customer service, call center, or support experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software or CRM systems.
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot.
• Strong typing and computer navigation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
