Location: North Georgia Health District Office - Dalton, GA Job Responsibilities Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations. Will answer calls and schedule appointments for six counties within the health district Resolves any issues involving scheduling Will remain updated on information regarding the programs offered throughout the counties Assist with interpreting when needed Transfer calls to appropriate department Ability to multi-task and handle multi-phone lines Work within M&M software system Minimum Qualifications High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of experience communicating information in a customer service setting are required. Bi-lingual-(English/Spanish) Preferred Qualifications Medical Office Experience Two (2) years of medical appointment scheduling experience Knowledge of working within M&M software system Additional Information Current State employees are subject to State Personnel Board rules regarding salary.
