Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift | 4x10s | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled perioperative nursing care within an operating room setting
• Assist with orthopedic and neurological surgical procedures
• Participate in rotating weekend and weekday on-call schedule (approximately every 4th–5th weekend)
• Fulfill one night per week of on-call coverage in addition to scheduled shifts
• Maintain high performance standards in alignment with facility expectations throughout the duration of the contract

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Prior operating room experience required
• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Demonstrated experience in neurological surgical procedures
• Level 1 or Level 2 trauma OR experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-acuity or trauma-designated surgical environment
• Ability to adapt quickly and perform consistently across a broad range of surgical specialties
