Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Long Term Care

Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical

Schedule: 3x12s, Nights, every other weekend required.

Assignment Details: 13-week contract, 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong assessment and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and monitor patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and care.
• Document patient care and any changes in condition accurately.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Compliance / Notes:

Background checks and drug screens required prior to onboarding. Orientation details will be provided upon hire.
