Breathe Hot Yoga — West Seattle
Breathe Hot Yoga is looking for a warm, outgoing, and motivated Front Desk Guide to join our West Seattle team.
This isn't a traditional front desk job.
You'll be a familiar face in our studio—welcoming clients, building relationships, helping new people find the right classes and memberships, managing the front desk, and helping us create a 5-Star Breathe Experience.
If you genuinely enjoy talking with people, are comfortable with sales, and like being part of a busy fitness/wellness community, we'd love to meet you.
SCHEDULE + PAY
Approximately 18 hours/week
Monday–Wednesday: 3:30pm–8:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am–1:00pm
Pay: $23-$25/hour DOE + monthly performance bonuses
We're looking for someone who can consistently work this schedule and become a familiar face in our West Seattle community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Welcome clients and help new people feel comfortable at Breathe
- Learn about clients' goals and recommend classes that fit
- Help new clients navigate their first few weeks at the studio
- Explain memberships and confidently ask for the sale when appropriate
- Follow up with new clients and leads
- Manage check-ins, bookings, purchases, and memberships through Walla
- Build relationships with our existing members
- Work with the Studio Manager toward monthly studio goals
- Help keep the front desk and studio running smoothly
- Handle light cleaning and help reset the studio between classes

Previous sales, hospitality, fitness, retail, or customer-service experience is helpful, but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
