Tryfacta is seeking a RN Psych for our client in Centreville, IL 62207. This is a 13 week contract assignment.

Position Title: RN Psych

Location: Centreville, IL 62207

Duration: 13 weeks

Work Schedule: Nights (6:30 PM 7:00 AM) with Every other weekend required

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient behavior, safety, and mental health status.
• Respond to psychiatric emergencies and crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate documentation using Meditech EMR.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and hospital policies.
• Educate patients and families and collaborate with the healthcare team.

To be considered for this position, you should have:

• Active Illinois RN License
• Minimum 2 years of Behavioral Health/Psychiatric RN experience
• BLS Certification
• CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention with Client (Required)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including every other weekend and holidays.
