Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of elementary students as a Physical Therapist supporting a small, focused caseload near King George, VA. This contract role is ideal for those who value flexibility, personalized attention, and the satisfaction of helping young learners reach their full potential. Work just one day per week from August 10th to May 14th, dedicating 6 hours each week to three students needing your specialized skills.

Ideal Experience & Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure in Virginia (required)
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience is highly valued
• Comfort with conducting and presenting evaluations
• Willingness to complete Medicaid reimbursement documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

What You'll Do:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions tailored to elementary-aged students
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress, adjusting goals as needed
• Create and present evaluations as part of IEP teams
• Ensure all paperwork for compliance, including Medicaid reimbursement, is completed accurately and on time
• Collaborate with educators and families to create supportive environments for students
