Great opportunity for skilled technicians with experience in PLCs, robotics, and industrial maintenance!

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on automated equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, adjust, and calibrate automation systems.
  • Work with PLC, HMI, robots, servo drives, and servo motors.
  • Repair mechanical equipment including pumps, valves, gearboxes, cylinders, and extruders.
  • Use industrial equipment such as mills, lathes, grinders, welders, and drill presses.
  • Read mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.
  • Follow LOTO, OSHA, safety, environmental, and 5S requirements.
  • Participate in Kaizen, PPI, and continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

  • Technical education in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical/Mechanical, or Electromechanical OR HS Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience with automated systems, PLC programming, robotics, or similar industrial maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of PLC/ladder logic, HMI, robotics, electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, stand for extended periods, and work in confined spaces.
