As a Specialty Pharmacy Technician, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls and completing outbound calls to/from patients, physicians and pharmacists while ensuring a high level of customer service and maximized productivity. Schedule: Monday - Saturday - 40 Hours per week with shifts between 8 AM - 7 PM - Hours may change based on business needs

Location: (Temporary location due to move in August) 1945 South Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89104 (building is marked as 'Culinary Pharmacy'); may need to support other locations within the Las Vegas Mero area when business requires.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Enter prescriptions and verify appropriate and accurate information; fill & pick up
• Contact patients, pharmacists and doctor's offices to resolve claims issues
• Process prescriptions (from intake to order completion)
• Resolve customer issues; ensuring accurate information is provided

Required Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Nevada
• 2+ years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician
• Ability to always wear a mask during shift if not vaccinated for flu and COVID-19
• Ability to stand for the whole work shift
• Must be 18 years of age OR older

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB)
• Bilingual in Spanish and English

The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.15 to $28.80 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
