Key Qualifications:

• Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Possess (or be eligible for) SLP State licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Prior experience working with students in a school setting strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative skills
• Passion for helping children reach their speech and language goals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with educators and families
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough documentation in alignment with school and state guidelines
• Consult and collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents
• Attend meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance, training, and support to classroom staff regarding student communication needs
