Wellness Nurse RN/LPN Job Summary As a Wellness Nurse, your role is crucial in caring for residents in our assisted living community. Full and Part time Nurse RN/LPN positions available Responsibilities Collaborate with a team to develop, implement, and review personalized care plans for residents.
