Family Practice Physician (FPP)We are seeking a Board Certified Family Practice Physician to join our team at NBHC Meridian, Mississippi. Provide comprehensive primary care to active-duty service members, their families, and other eligible beneficiaries at NBHC Meridian, MS. As Primary Care Manager for a panel of approximately 1,000–1,300 TRICARE Prime enrollees, you'll deliver full-scope care in a collaborative military treatment facility — with no after-hours on-call.What You'll Do:Examine, diagnose, and treat patients of all ages for acute, chronic, and preventive care needs; perform minor procedures and prescribe medications.Conduct wellness exams, immunizations, and required military physicals (PHAs, deployment and separation exams).Perform occupational medicine exams, including fitness-for-duty and return-to-work evaluations.Order and interpret diagnostic tests; generate referrals and consultations when clinically indicated.Maintain accurate documentation in MHS GENESIS (DoD Electronic Health Record).Collaborate with and provide clinical guidance to corpsmen, nursing staff, and the broader MTF care team.Who You Are:A licensed physician who delivers full-scope, patient-centered primary care.Comfortable working within a structured, team-based military treatment facility.Mission-minded, with clinical work that directly supports service members and their families.Qualifications:MD or DO from a medical school accredited by the LCME, COCA, or equivalent (ECFMG certification required for foreign-trained physicians).Completed an accredited Family Medicine residency; Board Certified or Board Eligible (ABFM or AOBFP).Active, unrestricted state medical license; current hands-on BLS/ACLS (AHA or ARC); valid DEA registration.Clinical experience within the past 2 years demonstrating current competency.U.S. Citizen, required for CAC eligibility (Tier 1 background investigation).Why You'll Love It Here:Predictable schedule — Mon–Fri, no after-hours on-call.401(k) match — 4% company match on your contributions.Manageable patient load — ~1,000–1,300 TRICARE Prime enrollees.Mission that matters — support service members and their families.Ready to Join Us?
