Retail Part‑Time Store Associate, Fabletics (ABQ Uptown - Albuquerque, New Mexico) Fabletics is currently looking for driven Part‑Time Store Associates to work at our ABQ Uptown location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to increase overall customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Actively submit feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required; boxes may weigh 10–30 lbs. Qualifications At least 1 year of retail work experience preferred. Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and partners in and outside the store. Experience working with large teams. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator. Ability to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical capability to perform required tasks: moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, and ladder climbing. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older. Availability Willing to work onsite with a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
