About Bone Dry Roofing Bone Dry Roofing is a trusted leader in the roofing, gutter, and masonry repair and replacement industry. Our team of experts takes pride in ensuring homes are safe, secure, and comfortable. We are now seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our growing family. Key Responsibilities As a Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners to evaluate roofing needs, recommend solutions, and help customers make informed decisions that protect their homes and investments.

• Travel to local appointments in a company‑provided vehicle and spend the majority of your time in the field.
• Build relationships and create positive customer experiences.
• Attend training sessions, complete estimates, close sales, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Adhere to the company schedule of Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional overtime and two Saturdays per month during the busy season from April through October.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working independently and enjoys meeting new people.
• Committed to delivering outstanding customer service throughout the sales process.
• Willing to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Successfully complete a background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
