About NexTech Capital NexTech Capital is a growing recruitment firm specializing in the semiconductor, AI and advanced technology industries. We are opening a new office in Los Angeles and looking for ambitious Recruitment Consultants to join our team. The Role This is a full-desk recruitment position covering both business development and candidate recruitment. You will build relationships with technology companies, win new business, source specialized candidates and manage the hiring process through offer acceptance. Recruitment experience is preferred but not required. We are open to motivated candidates from sales, business development, hospitality, athletics and other performance-driven backgrounds. Responsibilities Develop new clients through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach Build relationships with founders, executives and hiring managers Source and interview candidates Present qualified candidates to clients Manage interviews, offers and placements Develop expertise within the semiconductor and AI markets Work toward activity, placement and revenue goals What We’re Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Competitive, ambitious and motivated by results Comfortable making outbound calls Resilient, organized and coachable Recruitment or sales experience is helpful but not required Must live in the Los Angeles area Must be able to commute to the office 3–5 days per week What We Offer Base salary plus uncapped commission 401(k) matching Direct training and mentorship Clear opportunities for career advancement The opportunity to help build our new Los Angeles office #J-18808-Ljbffr NexTech Capital
