Requirements: • Active Vermont RN License or eligible to obtain upon acceptance • Minimum 3 years of ER experience required • Current BLS • ACLS, PALS & TNCC required • Strong emergency and critical-care nursing skills • Excellent assessment, triage, and critical-thinking abilities • Ability to work effectively in a Critical Access Hospital setting Assignment Details: • 13-week contract • Mid shifts: 11:00 AM–11:00 PM or 1:00 PM–1:00 AM • Some rotating shifts • Every other weekend • 72 guaranteed hours bi-weekly • Holiday coverage required • Cerner EMR • No 1099 — W-2 employment only • Personal transportation strongly recommended • Quarterly department education sessions required Responsibilities: • Perform emergency patient assessments and triage • Provide timely care to patients with acute and critical conditions • Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions • Monitor patient status and recognize changes promptly • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams • Provide patient and family education • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Follow emergency nursing protocols and patient-safety standards • Deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced environment CloudinfraIT Inc Job ID 298902.
