Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments, individual therapy sessions, family and group therapy, and developing personalized treatment plans based on each individual's needs.

• Utilizing activity and participation-based therapeutic interventions to enhance engagement and promote positive outcomes for clients.
\n
• Establishing and nurturing constructive relationships with referral agencies and community organizations, thus enabling seamless access to a variety of resources and referrals.

• Participating in interdisciplinary meetings to share insights, review cases, and strategize on best practices to improve patient care.
\n
• Providing training and mentorship to new and existing staff, overseeing the review and editing of peer records, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and contributing to the development of marketing and training materials.

• Managing all necessary documentation to ensure its accuracy, timely updates, and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

The LPC will focus on serving individuals with intellectual and developmental impairments. This population often experiences complex challenges related to their mental health and social environment. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:
