Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• First-time travelers accepted
• New graduates not accepted

Assignment Details

• 13-week assignment
• 36 hours expected weekly, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked
• Patient population includes outpatient orthopedics
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected
• Float to other clinics: No

Location Highlights

Hickory, North Carolina offers access to both outdoor recreation and regional city amenities. Lake Hickory provides boating and waterfront views within the city, and Bakers Mountain Park offers hiking trails and summit overlooks about 15 minutes from downtown.
