Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Specialist

The “Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Specialist” will be responsible for developing, implementing, and sustaining DT applications and solutions in support of the value chain. The role serves as a liaison between DT and the Aero Alliance JV supply chain function, providing project management, application support, and implementing business process improvements through process definition, configuration changes, and enhancements in the company’s core ERP system: Oracle R12 E‑business Suite. Responsibilities Manage Supply Planning applications (Oracle SCP, Supply Planning, Backlog Management, Replenishment Planning) lifecycle, including vendor relationship. Own, manage, and nurture relationships with internal Supply Chain business partners, seeking alignment in vision, strategy, and tactical actions. Identify opportunities for process standardization to drive measurable value impacting AAJV business performance. Manage DT programs, projects, and agile initiatives, including cross‑functional staff or external consultants. Collaborate with business functions to drive end‑to‑end system implementation or improvements (design, test, deploy, and sustain). Work with business partners to identify improvements that maximize the use of digital solutions throughout the organization. Partner with AAJV leadership and business SMEs to identify data and analytics gaps; collaborate in the design, functional specification, test, and rollout of reports and dashboards. Identify key performance indicators, set milestones, and establish a reporting cadence. Ensure that application development is aligned with company standards and meets compliance and regulatory requirements. Maintain responsibility and accountability for the sustainability of DT applications. Collaborate with colleagues to deliver and sustain digital solutions. Adhere to, follow, and improve DT systems, processes, and procedures. Develop high‑performing teams through functional and technical leadership skills. Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to direct/indirect reports. Required Qualifications 5+ years of Information Technology experience. 3+ years of Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning (SCP): Supply Planning, Replenishment Planning and/or Backlog Management or expertise on Oracle EBS/ERP (SCM module – Materials Planning, Inventory, Procurement, Logistics), Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP). Bachelor’s degree in business or information systems related fields (master’s in science or business, preferred). Project management experience (more). ERP functional expertise (more). ERP configuration experience (less). Desired Characteristics Ample experience with Materials Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics processes and tools, along with other business processes such as finance and sales. Expertise in Process Design and Architecture in Supply Chain modules (Procurement‑to‑Pay, Item Master and BOMs, Work Orders, Inventory Management and Control, Logistics, and Integration with Oracle Financials & Order to Cash). APICS or Six Sigma certification. Excellent organizational and presentation skills. Understanding of DT Change Management practices and product Life Cycle Management. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Experience with Visio flowcharting and MS Access (a plus). Ability to travel up to 10%. Technical Skills PL/SQL and SQL development (desired). Knowledge of Web Service Integration architecture. Knowledge/experience of Oracle ERP Integration capabilities. Knowledge of the Security architecture (roles, privileges, hierarchy, etc.). Compensation For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $103,900.00 and $173,100.00.
