Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a healthcare location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support staff and visitors with strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $27.11 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant details with site leadership and/or emergency personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as directed by site policies, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations.
• Support a professional environment by assisting with wayfinding, de-escalating routine concerns when appropriate, and following Allied Universal protocols for incident reporting and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
