Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview
Senior ML Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and scaling enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions on GCP, including production ML models, AI agents, RAG solutions, and AI/Agent lifecycle governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build scalable ML training, inference, and evaluation pipelines on GCP.
- Develop production-grade Agentic AI, RAG, and AI agent solutions.
- Implement prompt management, agent/tool registries, observability, evaluation, and Agent FinOps.
- Operationalize SLM deployments, model quantization, tuning, and GPU optimization.
- Establish AI/Agent release, monitoring, reliability, compliance, and continuous evaluation standards.
- Partner with platform, security, and infrastructure teams on production readiness.

Python, ML Frameworks, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Vertex AI Pipelines, GCP, ADK, RAG, Vector DBs, Embeddings, Prompt Engineering, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes/GKE, Kubeflow, Grafana, GCP Monitoring & Alerts, GitHub Actions, CI/CD.
