Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and develop individualized therapy approaches to support their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Strategies: Employ evidence-based practices to improve motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Partner closely with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver well-rounded, holistic patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and caregivers therapy techniques that promote continued progress beyond therapy sessions.
• Track and Document Patient Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring each patient's journey is on a successful path.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Encouragement and support for further education or post-grad certifications.

Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required.
