Senior DevOps Engineer

We serve clients globally, and our proprietary products, Executive Automations, support test automation and autonomy for business organizations worldwide. We are looking for a Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer to join our Platform/DevOps team and take a leading role in the delivery, installation, and operation of our Azure-based enterprise platform. This is a hands‑on engineering role with technical leadership responsibilities. About the Role You will be responsible for cloud infrastructure, automation, CI/CD, observability, and production readiness of a multi‑tenant platform running primarily on Microsoft Azure. A key part of the role is owning the technical delivery process from the moment a customer contract is signed until the platform is successfully installed, configured, validated, and ready for production use. You will work closely with DevOps, engineering, implementation, and customer‑facing teams to make customer environments reliable, repeatable, secure, and easy to operate. What You Will Do Design, build, and maintain Azure‑based infrastructure for a multi‑tenant enterprise platform Own and improve the delivery process from contract signature to successful production installation Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Azure Bicep or similar tools Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and environment provisioning Troubleshoot complex issues across cloud infrastructure, applications, networking, identity, pipelines, and monitoring Improve observability, logging, alerting, diagnostics, and incident response practices Support and mentor mid‑level DevOps engineers through hands‑on work, code review, architecture discussions, and technical guidance Improve team standards around infrastructure, automation, security, documentation, and operational reliability Create and improve internal runbooks, delivery checklists, and technical documentation Work closely with engineering and implementation teams to ensure smooth customer deployments What We Are Looking For Strong commercial experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure Production experience with Terraform or another Infrastructure as Code tool Experience with CI/CD pipelines, ideally GitHub Actions using YAML Strong Linux skills and practical experience with your shell of choice Ability to write automation scripts or small tools in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, C#, or another relevant language Good understanding of Docker and container‑based deployments Experience with observability: logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, failure diagnostics, and OpenTelemetry Experience working with production or customer‑facing environments Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive technical topics to completion Ability to guide, mentor, and support other DevOps engineers without becoming a purely managerial role Good English communication skills for technical discussions, documentation, and customer‑related delivery topics Nice to Have Experience with multi‑tenant infrastructure Azure Functions, Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID, Managed Identity, Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Storage Queues, Durable Functions, Container Apps, or AKS Experience with enterprise customer deployments .NET and Node.js applications from an operational perspective PostgreSQL, Redis, Cosmos DB, Quickwit, or similar production data services Azure certifications such as AZ-104 or AZ-400 FinOps or Azure cost optimization experience Experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar Who This Role Is For This role is a good fit for someone who wants to be a technical leader while still doing real engineering work every day. The role is approximately 80% hands‑on engineering and 20% technical/team leadership. You should be comfortable taking responsibility for business‑critical delivery topics, helping the team make better technical decisions, and solving difficult infrastructure problems together with other engineers—not from the sidelines.
