Role: Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) providing personalized patient care in home settings. Role: Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) providing personalized patient care in home settings. Responsibilities: Collaborate with care teams, evaluate clients, develop and implement care plans, provide training and education to patients and families, promote safety and independence, and ensure high-quality care documentation. Qualifications: Active RN license in Maine, 1-2 years of experience, CPR certification, valid driver’s license with reliable transportation, clean driving record, background check, and COVID, booster, and flu vaccinations (or medical exemption). Skills & Attributes: Patience, trustworthiness, strong communication, empathy, competency in patient treatments, and ability to work collaboratively. Key Duties: Provide clinical and non-clinical care, educate patients and families, develop and follow care plans, assist in promoting healing and independence, and ensure patient safety in a home environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Live Well Homecare
