Job Title: Clinic Director – Physical Therapist

Location: West Haven, CT / Hamden, CT

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $100,000–$115,000 annually + Monthly Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to lead our outpatient orthopedic clinic as Clinic Director. This role combines patient care with leadership responsibilities, offering the opportunity to mentor clinicians, drive clinic growth, and make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Schedule

This position follows a sole-provider clinic model:

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:00 AM–6:00 PM or 9:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Tuesday & Thursday: Half-days (8:00 AM–1:00 PM or 9:00 AM–2:00 PM)
  

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting
• Lead daily clinic operations and performance
• Mentor and support clinical staff
• Drive patient satisfaction and clinic growth initiatives
• Ensure compliance with documentation and clinical standards
  

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License
• Previous outpatient orthopedic experience required
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
