Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of clients’ needs through individual and couple sessions to develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Facilitating therapy sessions for couples and families, focusing on resolving interpersonal issues and improving communication.

  • Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address a range of challenges, including conflict resolution, grief counseling, job stress, medical issues, and familial transitions such as separation and divorce.

  • Documenting client progress and treatment outcomes in a timely and accurate manner, in alignment with company protocols and state regulations.

  • Participating in regular team meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and collaborate on best practices to enhance patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population, focusing on couples and families navigating various challenges. Your clinical expertise will help address issues such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, conflicts among family members, and blended family dynamics. By understanding each family's unique context, you will contribute to healing relationships and fostering better communication.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidates for this position will possess the following qualifications:

  • Currently licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
