As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality preventative care to residents in skilled nursing facilities, working collaboratively with our team to reduce hospitalizations and improve patient outcomes.About the Role:As a hybrid role, you will split your time between on-site visits with patients and remote work from home, supported by a dedicated scribe team for efficient documentation.
