Associate Director, Integrated Insights & Analytics, Nephrology

Associate Director leading integrated market insights and analytics for a nephrology asset within Biogen's US Decision Sciences team. The role combines primary research design, secondary data analytics, and strategic storytelling to inform brand strategy and business decisions across cross-functional partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead insights partner for assigned asset, translating research and analytics into strategic recommendations
- Design and execute primary market research studies including segmentation, messaging, and customer research
- Analyze secondary data sources to track performance, diagnose drivers, and identify market opportunities
- Develop executive-ready presentations and lead stakeholder discussions on key insights and findings
- Partner cross-functionally to integrate insights into customer planning and identify emerging business questions
Requirements
- 8–10 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare consulting with significant hands-on market research in last five years
- Proven ability to independently design, execute, and synthesize primary market research studies
- Expertise in two or more areas: primary research methods, secondary analytics, or forecasting
- End-to-end project leadership including problem framing, vendor management, and synthesis
- Strong executive communication and data visualization skills; familiarity with pharma data sources
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MS preferred
Compensation: $162,000–$222,750 base
