Physical Therapist Pediatric Therapy

Schedule: 8 Hour Days, M-F

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

Requirements:

• Active License in the state
• AHA BLS Certification
• NPI number
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience (5+ years preferred for travelers)
• Experience in Pediatric, Outpatient, and Swing Bed settings
• EMR experience with Meditech Expanse

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in outpatient and swing bed settings.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and rehabilitation exercises.

Compliance / Notes:

• Black scrubs required; black scrub bottoms and a t-shirt permitted.
• Possible weekend shifts may be required based on evaluations.
• Outpatient services are closed on holidays.
