Located in Pearland, TX, we’re a locally loved eatery that prides itself on delivering great service with a side of Southern hospitality. Now, we’re looking for a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Leader to help us keep things running smoothly!
What You’ll Be DoingAs a Restaurant Supervisor / Shift Leader, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our daily operations are seamless and our customers leave with a smile. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Overseeing restaurant operations during your shift to maintain high standards of service. - Leading and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. - Handling customer inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care. - Ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met. - Assisting with staff training and development to build a strong, cohesive team. - Managing shift schedules and delegating tasks to keep things running efficiently.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re searching for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the restaurant industry. - Strong communication and organizational skills to keep the team on track. - A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great service. - The ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly. - A team-oriented attitude with a knack for inspiring others.
