Registered Nurse (RN) – Progressive Care Unit (PCU)

Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 3x12 Nights

Requirements:
• Active RN License (Compact or State License)
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience
• BLS Required
• ACLS Required
• NIHSS Required
• Epic experience required
• Neuro/Stroke experience preferred
• Telemetry experience required

Responsibilities:
• Provide direct patient care to Progressive Care patients with complex medical and neurological conditions.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and telemetry data.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation.
• Float to similar units as needed.
