Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Full-Time | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts | Expected 36 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) setting
• Monitor and assess critically ill cardiovascular patients, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 2 years of CVICU experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and management of cardiovascular devices
• Familiarity with high-acuity critical care protocols and procedures
