JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC EM or BC IM/FM
Licenses: Active LA License, LA DEA and CS
DEA / CDS: Active DEA and CS required
Certifications: PALS, ATLS, ACLS
Experience: 2 years in emergency medicine required

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide comprehensive emergency medical care to patients presenting to the ED
Manage an average of 38 patients per day with support from NPPA staff
Work 12-hour day shifts from 6a to 6p
Supervise and collaborate with NPPA in Fast Track
Maintain active Louisiana medical license, DEA, and CDS along with required certifications (PALS, ATLS, ACLS)
