North Boston Communities, Massachusetts

7-on/7-off block schedule with 12-hour day shifts from 7 am 7 pm

Full-time schedule of 14 shifts in a 28-day cycle

Nocturnists cover all nights; no overnight responsibilities for day hospitalists

Partial open ICU with 24-hour intensivist team managing ventilated patients and pressors

No hard caps; patient volume follows SHM recommended ranges

Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits

Epic EMR; no procedures required
