What You’ll Be Doing (Your Day-to-Day) You are the face of Dick Wickstrom Chevrolet. You will guide our customers through one of their most important purchasing decisions while delivering a pressure-free, 5-star experience. * The Customer Experience: Welcome guests to the showroom and lot, actively listen to their needs, and provide a consultative, transparent vehicle selection process. * Product Expertise: Become a master of the Chevrolet lineup (and our pre-owned inventory). Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives, showcasing the latest technology, safety, and performance features. * The Sales Process: Present pricing clearly, negotiate with integrity, and smoothly transition buyers to our outstanding Finance department. * Relationship Building: Follow up with past buyers to ensure 100% satisfaction. Build rapport and create a strong pipeline of repeat and referral business. * Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed targeted sales and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) goals while maintaining the dealership's best interests. What You Bring to the Showroom (Your Specs) * Experience: Automotive experience not required! We are willing to train highly motivated candidates with strong communication skills, comfortable with people, capable of overcoming objections, good at problem solving and a background in customer service, retail, or hospitality. * Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a high level of organization. You must be comfortable using technology and dealership software. * Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and naturally enthusiastic. You possess high ethical standards, a professional appearance, and a genuine desire to help people. * Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. * Requirements: Valid in-state driver’s license with an acceptable, safe driving record.
