Mill Maintenance Supervisor - Safety & Reliability

Mativ is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor at their Munising Mill to enhance operational efficiency and ensure a safe workplace. The candidate will lead maintenance activities, manage the EAM Oracle work order system, and collaborate with the maintenance team to drive reliability and efficiency. A bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management is required, along with excellent communication and computer skills. Proven manufacturing experience is preferred.
