Job Description Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through occupancy and closeout. Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, risk management plans, and reporting. Coordinate clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout each phase. Lead project meetings and provide proactive communication to stakeholders. Review contracts, construction documents, change orders, and project documentation. Support procurement, project planning, budgeting, and project setup activities. Identify and resolve project challenges while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget goals. Mentor junior project team members and contribute to operational improvements. Qualifications 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial tenant improvement, workplace, capital improvement, or ground-up construction projects. Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and construction documentation. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, Business, or a related field preferred. PMP certification is a plus.
