• Specialty/Setting: Hospitalist 
• Start Date: 60-90 days
• Support:  2 Physicians and 1 APP
• Schedule: 13 or 15 Shifts per month
• Other Info:
  • Two 7 on/7 off physician teams and 1-2 APPs each day
  • Dedicated nocturnists cover all nights
  • Average patient census 15-18 per shift
  • Open ICU
  • No procedures required
  • Trauma bypass desigantion 
• Compensation:
  • $395,420 for 182 shifts per year
  • $325,500 for 156 shifts per year
• Benefits: Full Benefits
  • $75,000 Sign-on bonus
  • $60,000 total retention bonus
  • $15,000 in relocation reimbursement 
  • $6,000 CME annually
  • Malpractice with tail included at no cost
