Clinical Practices Work Group Coordinator

Job Overview The Special Needs Plan Alliance maintains an array of Work Groups including a Clinical Practices Work Group comprised to Chief Medical Officers, Nurse Care Coordinator Unit Leaders, and other senior clinical health plan staff. Responsibilities Work with the co‑chairs to develop agendas; build and operate a Work Group Work Plan; staff monthly virtual meetings; maintain virtual workspace; organize in‑person meetings held in conjunction with two membership meetings in Washington, DC. The consultant is responsible for content development and technical staffing. The Alliance administrative staff handle all basic logistics – the consultant is responsible for providing direction to these administrative staff such as posting materials, sending reminder emails, scheduling one‑off appointments, etc. Qualifications Clinical Credentials Experience working in a Health Plan in a clinical capacity, ideally a Special Needs Plan Experience with, or exposure to, Association operations.
