Key Qualifications:

• Appropriate licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.
• Previous experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Confidence conducting 50-60 evaluations within a school year.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaborating with diverse teams.
• Proficiency in psychological assessments, report writing, and developing intervention strategies.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage a full-time caseload.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct timely, comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for services or support.
• Interpret assessment results and create clear, impactful reports, recommendations, and intervention plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss findings and collaborate on individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Consult with teachers, counselors, parents, and support staff to address students' unique needs and advocate for their success.
• Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and consultations as needed.
• Contribute to a positive, inclusive school climate that supports student growth and well-being.
