Civil Construction Inspector 2 (185806) As a Civil Construction Inspector 2, you will conduct and document observations of construction progress on civil infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, water/wastewater facilities, pump stations, and pipelines. Responsibilities Conduct and document observations of construction as it progresses for civil projects related to civil infrastructure. Collaborate with other field representatives or Project Managers. Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications, and identify discrepancies or conflicts within the documents. Provide guidance to less‑experienced field staff as needed. Perform other duties as required. Preferred Qualifications Technical school or Associate degree. Relevant Industry Certifications. Ability to interpret construction schedules. Required Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years experience. Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proven problem‑solving and documentation abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Commitment to the employee‑owned culture of HDR.
