About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Product for its Intelligence group, a pivotal role in the evolution of AI-powered customer support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the Intelligence product group, including setting the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agent and Signal product lines. This role demands a leader who can drive the product development process, from ideation to monetization, and who is adept at balancing technical complexity with commercial viability.
