Don Larson Ford of Don Larson Automotive, is a family owned and operated dealership in Baraboo Wisconsin. We are seeking a Service Advisor to join the fastest growing Ford Dealership in Wisconsin! We offer great pay and benefits in a modern facility and great working environment. Flexible schedule available. No Saturday service requirement
Service Advisor Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Previous service writer/advisor experience is a plus
- Basic computer literacy required
- Valid driving record
- Insurable to Drive Customers and Companys Vehicles

Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Ensure the guests receive prompt, courteous and effective service.
- Drive the sale of technicians time to meet the department's sales forecast.
- Prioritize required services, and be prepared to provide options upon request.
- Keep guests informed on completion time, service expenses, and possible changes.
- Ensure guests have a positive dealership experience.
- Know the product well enough to answer characteristic and operational questions regarding the guest's vehicle.
